This is one of the biggest deliverables that any club will receive. With PSI handling all employees, payroll, taxes, and cost associated with training and development, each Club will be able to spend their time and resources on reinvesting in the facility infrastructure itself.
PSI will work with all existing staff that want to be part of an exciting, new experience to the overall facility management process. We have no intentions of partnering with any Club and immediately remove or replace staff. Our first step at the tennis and racquet facility is to look at all your positions, current job descriptions, roles, expectations, staff, and goals and adapt these to fall in-line with our Club partnership and our PSI standards.
We want to connect communities through thriving racquet facilities throughout the country. For your facility to reach new heights we need to connect with those that might never come through your doors. We work closely with the club management team to assess current strategies and targets that will drive community engagement, overall revenue and ultimately a sustainable facility.
Our team of industry leading Executive Directors and our years of experience in program design and implementation will build signature programs for both adult and youth programs. These signature programs will be catered to each individual club to meet the immediate and long-term needs of their racquet and court sports programs.
We believe that there are huge opportunities for reimagined or brand-new amenities that will complement all of your clubs facilities. These could be amenities that use existing facility space or finding space that can support additional court and racquet sports.
We have seen an increase in revenue of 25% and above in our clubs due to our systems, structures, and programming. Clubs have a huge opportunity to grow and retain membership, program revenue, and new revenue streams, but they need to be willing and able to adapt to what their membership needs have become. Customizing the program pathways, events, socials, new amenities, and opportunities in the tennis shops will all generate additional revenue for the club very quickly.
Our People are the most important element to our success, and we invest in our team to provide some incredibly special on-boarding elements. One of those will be to provide specific business institute experience training programs to all our leaders and support staff. We will deliver first-class staffing, on-the-job training for ALL employees, signature programming, a new tennis- wellness program, and strategic events, socials, and tournaments that drive the highest level of member experiences in our industry.

PSI sees all our agreements as multi-year agreement with support that would include development of current staff, on-going first-class staffing, on-the-job training for ALL employees, continued staff development, program development, and anything additional that Clubs would request from PTI.
PSI will provide a very strategic, systematic plan for sustainability for all the Clubs racquet and court sports facilities. This will include if needed; new operational systems and structures, overall business structure of the facility from staffing, roles and expectations, operational goals, pricing models. We will also reimagine the tennis facility at the same time we will fully support current club core values and service philosophy, mission and vision, HR policies, and membership structure.
PSI will deliver new innovative, cost savings, and sustainable solutions for your Club. There will be a clear path forward as we will have taken a deep dive into the financials and come away with sustainable pricing models on programs and membership. We look at all aspects of the facility from its structure, layout, and its overall functionality.
PSI will deliver new financial tracking systems and structures, additional revenue streams, robust data. We will put new systems and structures in place that will guide our business decisions, recruitment of future members, our budget/forecasting, inventory and more.
